How we work

We work asynchronously by default, meet when it matters, and write things down so everyone has context. We care about outcomes, not hours. Everyone on the team ships code, talks to merchants, and owns their area end-to-end.

We build in the open with each other — short feedback loops, direct communication, and a bias toward doing rather than planning. If you've worked at a company where six people had to approve a button colour, you'll like it here.
